To request a Resale Package when you sell your home, please go to Home Wise Docs. If you are a first time user, follow the links to register. Write down your user ID and password. Condocerts will then activate your account.
There is no cost to register. Click on your community's name. Fill in the necessary information and submit.
Remember that according to Maryland law, your manager has 20 days to process the request. ProCom managers process requests in much less time but keep in mind that a manager must go to your community to inspect your home for any violations.
